FRMS is excited to announce it's Partnership with Predictive Safety and AlertMeter. Fatigue can be caused by many factors i.e sleep deprivation, dehydration, circadian disruption, sleep disorders etc. But those workers who may be affected by any of these factors are often difficult to spot, until it's too late! By having workers complete a short cognitive alertness test at the beginning of a shift, or part way through, we can quickly identify workers whose performance has been affected by any number of factors, including fatigue, drugs, alcohol, stress and illness. Early identification equals early intervention equals injury/accident prevention.
FRMS has partnered with Safety Hub, a Specialist Online H&S Training Provider, to develop an e-learning option to deliver fatigue management training.
